Our company, the Adler in Asperg, is in its 4th generation. In 2022, we celebrated 125 years of the Ottenbacher family. An anniversary we are very proud of. We have taken our time to plan this unique year. After long deliberations, it was clear to us that we could not bundle all our ideas into one event. For this reason we have decided to spread several events over the year.
We hope that you enjoyed the programme and that we were able to welcome you to one or other of our events.
We have designed a new logo in different versions especially for this occasion.

To celebrate the 125th anniversary of the Ottenbacher family at the Adler, we made our own beer.
Thank you week at RichardZ
This week we dedicate to our lunch guests. We would like to thank them for their loyalty during the pandemic when we started our To-GO business and also when we were allowed to open our restaurants again.
Spanish Night
On 08 and 09 April, our Spanish evenings took place in the Tapas Bar Águila, the first "highlights" of our anniversary. Águila was certified as one of the few "Restaurants from Spain" in Germany by the Spanish Foreign Trade Institute.
'Bergfest' Up to Hohenasperg
At the Bergfest on 25 and 26 June there will be various food and drink stalls. The selection will range from a delicious burger to freshly tapped beer.
What a gala!
On 2 October, the gala celebrating the 125th anniversary of the Ottenbacher family took place at the Adler Asperg.
A total of 100 guests joined in the celebration. They were welcomed with champagne, canapés and live music from 16:00. Before dinner, it was time for the photo session with Christian and Dr Dory Ottenbacher, who greeted each guest personally.
Kitchenparty
It is one of our beautiful traditions. For 25 years we have been celebrating our kitchen festival with famous chefs.
