From Monday to Friday, the restaurant RichardZ offers high-quality dishes made from fresh produce for lunch. Guests can choose from a dish of the day, a la carte dishes and, most recently, a three-course business menu, which can be enjoyed in the restaurant's bright and cosy premises.

The business menu consists currently of the following dishes:

• Pink roast beef slices with two kinds of pumpkin and fennel salad as a starter.
• Veal saddle steak (Strindberg) with colourful spinach vegetables, potatoes and thyme vegetables or cod fillet on pea puree, baked semolina balls and Noilly Prat foam as a main course.
• For dessert, there are crispy choux pastry sticks with coffee ice cream and chocolate mousse. 

The menu costs €39 per person.
