The festive season is approaching and preparations are already underway at the Adler Asperg! Our team and our event rooms are ready for your Christmas celebrations - whether for small family gatherings or company parties.

If you're already thinking about the festive season, you should book early for your Christmas dinner. Please note that our restaurants are closed on 24 December.On 25 and 26 December, we offer a festive Christmas menu for both lunch and dinner. Look forward to our Christmas cocktail as an aperitif followed by a 3- or 4-course menu.

3-course menu for €98.00 per person: starter or soup, main course and dessert

4-course menu for €110.00 per person: starter, soup, main course and dessert

The following dishes are available:

Starters and soups

  • Ludwigsburg lamb's lettuce with pickled pear slices, salted almonds and caramelised St. Maur
  • Charolais beef tartare with pickled beetroot, sorrel and sherry jelly
  • Alsatian char with miso lac, kohlrabi, roasted hazelnut and caviar vinaigrette
  • Essence of venison veal with mauläschle, root vegetables and nut butter
  • Celery foam soup with sourdough croutons and sliced chestnut

Main courses

  • Leg of venison - from local hunting - braised leg with game cream sauce, cold stirred cranberries, white wine pear, red cabbage and melted spaetzle
  • Christmas goose with orange and spice jus, apple and red cabbage, bread and potato dumplings and glazed chestnuts
  • Duo of milk-fed veal, pink roasted loin and ragout with port wine jus, parsley root, Brussels sprouts and baked potato
  • Turbot on black salsify risotto, glazed black salsify and parsley beurre blanc
  • Braised Hokkaido pumpkin with stracciatella, preserved quince, pumpkin foam and seeds

Desserts

  • Baked apple tarte tatin with vanilla foam, sour cream ice cream and Calvados brew
  • Creme brûlée of cinnamon blossom with ginger plums, plum sorbet and spice crumble
  • Selection of raw milk cheeses from the Fromagerie Tourrette in Strasbourg

Children's menu

  • Alphabet soup
  • Creamy veal stew with peas, carrots and vegetables and spaetzle
  • Warm chocolate brownie with mango ragout and vanilla ice cream
