Celebrate New Year's Eve in style at the Adler Asperg!

On 31 December, we invite you to a festive evening with an exquisite 4-course menu in the RichardZ restaurant and the ‘Aguila’ tapas bar. For €98.00, you can enjoy a starter of tuna tartare with avocado, passion fruit and sorrel and a mousse of parsley root with croutons and lovage cream. This is followed by a duo of pasture-fed beef - back and ragout with red wine sauce, Filderkraut, pumpkin puree and porcini mushroom potato roulade. The 4-course menu is rounded off with a Baba au Ruhm with caramelised pineapple, mango sorbet and coconut foam.

If you prefer something even more exclusive, you can enjoy our 5-course menu in the Schwabenstube for €225 per person. It starts with a greeting from the kitchen. This is followed by a terrine of goose liver and smoked quail breast with port wine figs, Jerusalem artichokes and lamb's lettuce and a crustacean and coconut soup with langoustine dim sum, lime leaves and roasted peanuts. You will then be served a confit fillet of skrei with miso, cauliflower and yuzu, as well as GOP roast beef - roasted pink - with truffle jus, black salsify, Brussels sprouts and potato and nut butter foam. The crowning glory is the ‘Kir Royal’ - cassis mousse with champagne sorbet, cassis gel, almond crunch and cassis granite as well as pastries.

You are welcome to extend your celebration with an overnight stay in our hotel and start the new year relaxed. Our hotel remains open over Christmas and New Year's Eve, except for the night of 24 to 25 December.
