Fish restaurant far from the sea
Eating fish is healthy. It contains contains high-quality protein, vitamin D, iodine and omega-3 fatty acids. However, it is rarely found on the menus of German restaurants.
The Hotel Adler Asperg favours a balanced, high-quality and tasty diet, which is why fish is an integral part of our restaurants. In the Schwabenstube, the tapas bar ‘Aguila’ and the RichardZ, guest can have salmon and tuna, which are among the most popular fish in Germany, as well as other varieties such as sole, ‘kingfish’, pikeperch, ‘pulpo’ or octopus, fried calamari and sardines, prawns, sea bream or fish soup. You can currently have 16 fish dishes in our three restaurants, which each make up 26 per cent of the dishes on the menus. At RichardZ, fish is even the dish of the day on Fridays, in a town that is around 500 kilometres from the sea.
