The trade fairs are slowly going back to normal, as visitors are welcome again. In June, three auto expos will be held in Stuttgart : the "Autonomous Vehicle Technology Expo", the "Automotive Testing Expo" and the "Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo Europe". And that is appropriate, as Stuttgart and the area have contributed a lot to the history of the car industry.
The History of the Adler Asperg - 1965 to 1998
In August 1964 Richard (II) and Marta Ottenbacher got married. At that time, there was no proper hotel in Ludwigsburg and the surrounding area.
Asparagus season at last!
From mid-April to the end of June is asparagus season in Germany. Whether green, white or purple: asparagus is extremely healthy. Green asparagus contains more Vitamin C and beta-carotene. Asparagus is also considered healthy because of its low calorie content but high mineral and vitamin content.
A Dream Wedding at the Adler Asperg
Summer weddings are more popular than winter weddings in Germany. More couples are married from May to September than during the rest of the year. On average, 20 weddings are celebrated at the Adler Asperg each year. Constanze Epple, responsible for events, conferences and seminars at the Adler, reports on wedding celebrations at the hotel.
