The Hotel Adler Asperg participates in ‘Rausch der Sterne’
Moritz Feichtinger, head chef at the Schwabenstube, is a guest chef at ‘Rausch der Sterne’ 2024 at the Karls Kitchen restaurant in Breuninger Land in Stuttgart.
Since July 11th and until August 7th, star chefs have been presenting an exclusive dish from one of the four selected star chefs from the region for a week.
From July 11th to July 18th, guests were able to enjoy the dish ‘Pink roasted saddle of veal and braised cheek, baked potato ring with spiced carrot, chanterelles and potato nut butter foam’. Moritz Feichtinger and David Lehmann, Chef de Partie at Adler Asperg, cooked live for the guests in the show kitchen on 18 July.
